Carlos M. Gutierrez is the Executive Director of the California Advanced Biofuels Alliance (CABA), a leading trade association committed to promoting the development and use of biofuels across California. Under his leadership, CABA advocates for Biodiesel and Renewable Diesel (BD/RD) producers and manufacturers, supporting policies that establish California as the market’s leader in biofuels.  In addition to his role at CABA, Carlos serves as a Governmental Advocate at Kahn, Soares, & Conway, LLP, representing a diverse clientele in the California State Legislature.  He holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Sacramento State University.
